Established in 2026 by Bradley Roll. Students are to be residents of Jay County, Indiana who are enrolled in Skilled Trades Training through John Jay Center for Learning, Portland Indiana. This includes, but is not limited to, the Skills Trac Industrial Maintenance Training Program.
