Established in 2025 by the Dunkirk Elks Lodge No. 1776. The fund will provide scholarships to students who are graduates of Jay County Jr.-Sr. High School, Jay County, Indiana. First preference will be given to descendants of The Benevolent Protective Order of Elks Lodge No. 1776 members.
