Established in 2025 by Dennis and Marianne Horn in honor of their daughters, Brianne and Emily, who are graduates of Jay County High School. Brianne subsequently acquired a degree in Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education from Bethel University in St. Paul, Minnesota, and Emily graduated from Butler University with a degree in Management Information Systems. This unrestricted endowment will provide support to Jay County organizations under the direction of the Foundation’s Board of Trustees.
