Established in 2026 by the Jellison Family Foundation. Students are to be graduates of Jay County Jr.-Sr. High School, Portland, Indiana who are pursuing a baccalaureate degree at any Indiana public University. First preference will be given to students attending Indiana University, Bloomington pursing a degree in business. Second preference will be given to students attending any other Indiana University campus pursing a degree in business. The Brian and Sheila Jellison Family Scholarship shall provide full tuition and room and board for one qualifying student graduating who meets the criteria set forth above.
